A neat feature in Windows 7 is the ability to restore previous versions of a file. Let’s say you were working on a 10 page paper and for some reason you deleted a paragraph and saved it, or in my case you had a large excel document and deleted a column only to find out that you needed that information. Well in Windows 7 you have the ability to right click on the file and choose “Restore previous versions”. Once clicked, a window will open with the option to select a previous version of the file depending on the save date. Simply click the date that you would like to resort back to, and then click Restore. That’s it, a simple and easy way to recover previous version of your files.
